Juniper is one of the only high-end catering companies based in Brighton. Not only are our chefs drawn from the city’s best restaurants; including Gingerman at Drakes, Terre a Terre, One Paston Place and The Saint; we also exclusively use waitresses from The Good Waitress and many of Brighton’s award winning bar staff.
